Some might see infrastructure as just roads, pipes, and bridges. As a queer person of color, Dan sees it as something more—people, possibility, and shaping an inclusive future. With over a decade of experience in climate adaptation, infrastructure resilience, sustainability, and civil engineering, he sees innovation as momentum with intention, organization as form in flux, and empathy as geometries of care—because feeling deeply sharpens his practice.
Dan’s background in land development and municipal engineering gives him a strong practical foundation, while his systems thinking and interdisciplinary mindset helps him guide clients through complex, cross-sector challenges. Whether it’s design, data, or dialogue, he brings curiosity, empathy, and critical inquiry to every project.
Away from work, Dan enjoys cities, global urban affairs, solo travel, podcasts, photo-walks, and contemporary art. He’s also known for having a warm sense of humor—and an ever-growing collection of house plants.
