This helps her shape pursuit strategies that are not only thoughtful and creative, but highly effective. She excels at taking complex information and turning it into messaging that feels clear, intentional, and human.
As a senior pursuit leader on our Water strategic pursuits team, Fawn leads high-impact, strategic pursuits across global markets. She develops comprehensive strategies that align with client needs and 麻豆传媒's strengths, coordinating with cross-functional teams and advising technical teams on building and sustaining key client relationships. Currently, she’s overseeing a team working on a New Zealand pursuit with members in New Zealand, North America, and the UK.
Outside of work, Fawn balances being a mom with her love for creativity and adventure by attending punk shows, making fused glass art, or off-roading in her Bronco. When home, she works on restoring her 1880 farmhouse and is always knee-deep in a new DIY project that blends imagination and her hands-on approach.
