With more than two decades of experience in the oil and gas industry, Scott has spent more than 15 of those years focused on health and safety. His work includes regulatory compliance, incident investigation, field inspections, and employee training. He’s known for implementing proactive safety measures that reduce risk and improve performance.
Scott has led the development and oversight of safety programs for major energy and infrastructure projects. This includes the Trans Mountain Expansion Project, for which he managed specialized safety teams and oversaw operations involving tunneling, marine terminals, and complex urban pipeline installations. With deep knowledge of Canadian regulatory frameworks and a commitment to continual improvement, he brings clarity, leadership, and professionalism to every project. He’s trusted by clients and colleagues for his ability to balance field realities with strategic safety planning.
When he isn’t working to improve project safety, Scott enjoys golfing and camping with his wife and kids.
