He supports design and permitting of the vital infrastructure that builds vibrant communities, including utilities, stormwater, roadway, sidewalk, drainage, and site improvement projects.
Rolf’s knowledge of local agency standards and permitting processes make him an asset to navigating complex coordination efforts. He works with public and private clients to design residential and commercial projects, from initial planning through final construction. He brings a talent for uniting diverse teams with his communication strategies that put the client’s needs at the forefront.
When he’s not designing community projects, Rolf heads outside with his kids for a refreshing walk or bike ride.
