Iris thrives when working on complex projects with multidisciplinary teams. A senior biologist environmental and compliance manager with our Environmental Services group, she primarily supports linear utility projects.
Prior to joining us, Iris taught conservation biology in Chile, Argentina, and Ecuador, bringing a global and bilingual perspective to her work. She believes in practical, science-based solutions that balance progress with environmental responsibility.
When she isn’t at work, you’ll typically find Iris in her garden, trying to find space to plant more flowers, or exploring on or off trail with a bike or backpack.
