Richard brings more than 30 years of experience working with clients and leading teams across New Zealand, the UK, and Australia. Applying his skills and learnings from previous work, he adapts them to meet a client’s specific needs—drawing on rich experience across leadership, governance, and organization strategy. With a deep understanding of the multidisciplinary approach required for successful projects, he works closely with clients across the full life cycle. ?
Whether leading sustainable development of unutilized land or helping tackle climate change challenges, Richard has delivered numerous projects over his career. One highlight involved working on the principal's design element of State Highway 1 ?taki to North of Levin for NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi. Together with his team, he collaborated with the Regional Council and local authorities to deliver a stormwater design that had a positive effect on the receiving environment.
Outside his project and design management work, Richard can be found on either side of the football field—out playing or cheering on Nottingham Forest Football Club.?
