With over 20 years of experience in designing bridges, culverts, and transit elevated guideway structures, Justin has a thorough knowledge of major Canadian and American structural and bridge design codes and standards. He provides a broad range of services including structural inspection, evaluation, design, contract document preparation, and project management. He is familiar with both conventional and design-build procurement models.
A principal and department manager for our Transport Structures group, Justin brings strong technical Â鶹´«Ã½ and management skills to his work on projects. He is currently registered in the Ministry of Transport (MTO)¡¯s Registry, Appraisal and Qualification System (RAQS) as a qualified professional under design and evaluation for complex structures (multi-span) and design evaluation general (single-span and bridge rehabilitation).
When he isn¡¯t leading our Transport Structures group, Justin enjoys traveling, reading, and playing sports, especially beach volleyball, basketball, and table tennis. In winter, you¡¯ll often find him exploring mountains and hills in different places to ski with his family and friends.
