TJ draws on more than 15 years of experience as an environmental scientist and permitting specialist, with more than a decade working in Delaware. As a Certified Professional Wetland Scientist, he’s well versed in wetland delineations, federal Section 10/404/408 permitting, and state permitting. He also specializes in wetland mitigation design, monitoring, and construction oversight.
Known for his collaborative creative approach, TJ works with engineers to reduce environmental impacts and find sustainable solutions for complex projects. His clients range from residential homeowners and private developers to transportation and utility companies.
Away from his project management work, TJ enjoys golfing, fishing, and working on his vintage cars. He also loves playing with his two golden retrievers and traveling with his wife and son. ?
